Peyton Davis

Peyton Davis serves as Chief of Operations for Southern Tooling & Automation, where he leads operational strategy, systems development, and day-to-day execution. He focuses on building the structures, processes, and data visibility needed for a fast-moving automation integrator—strengthening quoting accuracy, scheduling clarity, labor efficiency, and job-level financial insight. Peyton works closely with the CEO, engineering teams, and sales organization to ensure Southern Tooling delivers precise, reliable, American-made equipment at speed.

A combat veteran from U.S. Special Forces, Peyton brings a disciplined, analytical approach to operations. His leadership philosophy centers on clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement, supported by a deep focus on KPI development and enabling teams to make better decisions with better information.

In addition to his role at Southern Tooling, Peyton serves as President of his family’s agricultural business in Alabama.
